Delicuan reserves the right to suspend or terminate a member's account without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the member has violated any term in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or caused harm to the platform or other members.
The Delicuan platform is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, Delicuan makes no warranties regarding the continued availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
Delicuan will not be liable for any indirect loss, consequential loss, or data loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions beyond our control.
